Episode 026 FindingTheVoices : Learning about ACUPUNCTURE from Brenda Terry, certified licensed Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist.

I have always wondered about Acupuncture and wanted to learn more about it.

Brenda Terry, MAcOM; L.Ac. is a North Carolina board certified licensed Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist with over five years experience.  Her lifelong fascination with the human body led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture in Austin, Texas at AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine.

Thank to Brenda for sharing about Acupuncture . This has been a great learning experience.  We spoke on the following points:

  • Why should I opt for Acupuncture (Facial rejuvenation) over a facial massage at the spa ?
  • Acupuncture or Chiropractor ?
  • Will it be painful ? Is the fear of the Needle stopping you from trying Acupuncture ?
  • Treatment using Herbs !

I definitely want to try facial rejuvenation and the herbal treatment.

She has successfully treated pain, women’s issues, facial rejuvenation, stress, anxiety to name a few.
